L\u2019Assemblea Ordinaria degli azionisti di Health Italia S.p.A.<\/strong> (AIM: HI), tra i principali attori nel mercato italiano della sanit\u00e0 integrativa<\/strong> e delle soluzioni per il benessere di famiglie e dipendenti di aziende, si \u00e8 tenuta in data odierna in prima convocazione. Si precisa che, al fine di ridurre al minimo i rischi connessi all\u2019emergenza sanitaria tutt\u2019ora in corso, ai sensi dell\u2019art. 106, D. L. n. 18\/2020, convertito con modificazioni nella Legge 24 aprile 2020, n. 27, come da ultimo modificato con D.L. 31 dicembre 2020 n. 183, convertito in legge con modificazioni dalla Legge 26 febbraio 2021, n. 21, l\u2019intervento e l\u2019esercizio del voto degli aventi diritto in Assemblea \u00e8 stato consentito esclusivamente tramite mezzi di videoconferenza.<\/p>\n

Massimiliano Alfieri, Amministratore Delegato di Health Italia S.p.A.<\/strong>, ha dichiarato: \u201cSiamo soddisfatti dei risultati approvati oggi, che presentano un aumento significativo in termini di redditivit\u00e0 e marginalit\u00e0. Il 2021 \u00e8 iniziato festeggiando il 20esimo anno dalla fondazione della Societ\u00e0, un traguardo importante nel percorso di crescita che ci ha reso leader in Italia nel mercato del benessere e della salute<\/strong>, in virt\u00f9 di una strategia vincente caratterizzata da un modello di business integrato, un sistema di distribuzione multicanale, una propensione all\u2019innovazione ed alla sostenibilit\u00e0, in un contesto di sviluppo favorevole dei nostri mercati di riferimento\u201d.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Assemblea degli Azionisti ha esaminato e approvato all\u2019unanimit\u00e0 dei presenti il Bilancio d\u2019Esercizio al 31 dicembre 2020 della capogruppo Health Italia S.p.A., che presenta:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Ricavi netti pari a \u20ac 24,4 milioni (\u20ac 24,3 milioni nel 2019).
\n\u25aa Un risultato netto d\u2019esercizio di \u20ac 0,6 milioni (\u20ac 3,9 milioni nel 2019).
\n\u25aa Un EBITDA che si attesta a \u20ac 8,1 milioni (\u20ac 6,4 milioni nel 2019), evidenziando una marginalit\u00e0 in costante crescita con EBITDA Margin che passa dal 26% del 2019 al 33% del 2020<\/p>\n

L\u2019Assemblea degli Azionisti, inoltre, ha preso visione del bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2020, che presenta:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Ricavi totali pari a \u20ac 32,8 milioni (\u20ac 31,8 milioni nel 2019, +3,3% yoy).
\n\u25aa Un risultato netto d\u2019esercizio con un Utile di \u20ac 1,3 milioni (\u20ac 0,8 milioni nel 2019, +58% yoy).
\n\u25aa Un EBITDA pari a \u20ac 6,2 milioni (\u20ac 3,3 milioni nel 2019, +87% yoy), con un EBITDA Margin del 19,3% (10,6% nel 2019)<\/p>\n

ATTRIBUZIONE DELL\u2019UTILE D\u2019ESERCIZIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019Assemblea di Health Italia S.p.A. ha, inoltre, approvato la proposta del Consiglio di Amministrazione di attribuire
\nil risultato d\u2019esercizio pari a \u20ac 570.330 come segue:
\n\u2212 a riserva legale per il 5% pari \u20ac 28.517;
\n\u2212 a utili portati a nuovo pari a \u20ac 541.813.<\/p>\n
