Roma, 2 agosto 2024 \u2013 Health Italia S.p.A. (EGM: HI),<\/strong> tra i principali attori nel mercato italiano della sanit\u00e0 integrativa e delle soluzioni per il welfare e benessere di famiglie e dipendenti di aziende, \u00e8 lieta di annunciare che il fondatore e azionista di riferimento di Health Italia, Massimiliano Alfieri, insieme all\u2019Amministratore Delegato Livia Foglia e al Consigliere Oscar Pischeddu, sono stati nominati nel Consiglio di Amministrazione di ANSI \u2013 Associazione Nazionale Sanit\u00e0 Integrativa e Welfare.<\/p>\n

L’assemblea degli associati di ANSI, tenutasi il 31 luglio 2024, ha nominato i nuovi membri del proprio Consiglio di Amministrazione giunto alla sua naturale scadenza. ANSI \u00e8 un’associazione di categoria indipendente che rappresenta i soggetti operanti nell\u2019ambito della sanit\u00e0 integrativa e del welfare. L’associazione, interlocutore qualificato con le istituzioni, ha come scopo istituzionale la valorizzazione del sistema mutualistico integrativo e complementare dell\u2019assistenza sanitaria prevista dal servizio sanitario nazionale.<\/p>\n

Massimiliano Alfieri, fondatore e azionista di riferimento di Health Italia S.p.A., gi\u00e0 membro dell\u2019Ufficio Studi di ANSI, ha dichiarato:<\/strong> \u201cSono molto fiero di vedere come Health Italia continui a crescere e a svolgere un ruolo sempre pi\u00f9 di rilievo nella sanit\u00e0 integrativa. Dopo aver fondato la nostra societ\u00e0 nel 2001, ho nel corso degli anni dedicato il mio impegno a orientare l\u2019azienda verso questo settore, rendendo la sanit\u00e0 integrativa il nostro principale focus d\u2019impresa.
Le recenti nomine offrono ad Health Italia una preziosa opportunit\u00e0 per contribuire in modo significativo agli obiettivi di ANSI, associazione alla quale siamo gi\u00e0 aderenti, che ha come scopo istituzionale la valorizzazione del sistema dell\u2019assistenza sanitaria integrativa e del welfare.
