(EGM: HI)<\/strong>, tra i principali attori nel mercato italiano della sanit\u00e0 integrativa e delle soluzioni per il welfare e il benessere di famiglie e dipendenti aziendali, annuncia l\u2019ottenimento del nuovo Rating ESGe assegnato da Cerved Rating Agency, che registra un significativo miglioramento rispetto all\u2019anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il Rating ESGe passa infatti da A ad AA<\/strong>, con un punteggio complessivo di <strong>75.9<\/strong>, in aumento di 2,5 punti rispetto alla valutazione 2024. L\u2019analisi, basata sull\u2019informativa non finanziaria riferita all\u2019esercizio 2024, conferma la capacit\u00e0 del Gruppo di gestire efficacemente i fattori di rischio e le opportunit\u00e0 legati agli aspetti Environmental, Social e Governance, collocando Health Italia al di sopra della mediana del settore.<\/p>\n<p>Tra i risultati pi\u00f9 significativi emergono, nell\u2019analisi condotta da Cerved Rating Agency, riscontri positivi riguardo alle iniziative del Gruppo in ambito ambientale, con un impegno crescente nella razionalizzazione dei consumi energetici e nella gestione responsabile delle risorse. In area sociale si confermano la crescita della forza lavoro, l\u2019aumento delle ore di formazione pro capite e una forte attenzione al benessere organizzativo e alla conciliazione vita-lavoro, mentre sotto il profilo della governance si distingue la presenza di strumenti adeguati per la gestione dei fattori ESG, dalla definizione di obiettivi specifici nel Piano di Sostenibilit\u00e0 al ruolo del Comitato e del Responsabile dedicato.
