Operating performance as at Semptember 30th, 2017 and the industrial plan

Health Italia S.p.A.’s Board of Management met today, December 28th, 2017 to examine the operating performance and the economic/financial data as at September 30th, 2017 prepared using the same principles of evaluation and consolidation used for the approval of the consolidated balance sheet as at December 31st, 2016.
The operating performance as at September 30th, 2017 was marked by increased income and achieving economic results in line with the company’s growth forecasts with:
- consolidated operating income of 14,118,322.00 Euros of which 11,907,311.00 Euros were for Health Italia S.p.A. and 2,211,011,00 for Coopsalute;
- consolidated Ebitda 3,004,388.00 Euros of which 2,399,040.00 Euros were for Health Italia S.p.A and 605,348.00 Euros for Coopsalute.
In addition, the board of management presented the provisional consolidated economic plan for the period 2018-2020 which presents a growth in volume of sales which will reach more than 60,000,000.00 Euros in 2020 with an EBITDA greater than 20,000,000.00 Euros and therefore with a margin of more than 30%.
