First quarter perfomance in 2018

At its meeting of June 13th, 2018 the Board of Administration of Health Italia S.p.A examined the performance of the administration and the financial details for the first quarter of 2018 and prepared using the same principles of evaluation and consolidation used for approving the consolidated statement of December 31st, 2017.

The financial performance of the first quarter of 2018 was characterized by growth in income and operating margins and achieved financial results in line with the company’s growth forecasts of: con:

• Consolidated operating income equal to Euro 5,673,989.00 (Euro 4.902.293,00 at March 31st, 2017) of which Health Italia S.p.A. of Euro 4,584,939.00 (Euro 4,144,986.00 at March 31st, 2017) and the consolidated Coopsalute of Euro 736.841,00 (Euro 757,307.00 al at March 31st, 2017) and the difference attributable to the other consolidated companies;
• Consolidated EBITDA equal to Euro 1,161,364.00 (Euro 819,503.00 at March 31st, 2017) of which Health Italia S.p.A. of Euro 942,468.00 (Euro 530,150.00 at March 31st, 2017) the consolidated Coopsalute of Euro 244,226.00 (Euro 289,353.00 at March 31st, 2017) and the difference attributable to the other consolidated companies;
• Consolidated EBITDA MARGIN equal to 20.5% (16,7% in the first quarter of 2017).
